So, I just got back from the first operating nigh at “The Lair” the new spot at UOP for all the cool kids. The place is neat enough but once you get a good group in there, it gets really jumping. TTP was great. For the most part, they carried the energy through the whole show and I say that the audience was paying about 65% attention which is good. The rest were there for the cheap draft booze. My only gripe was that while they are a great sounding cover band, they are just that, a cover band. They are an excelent group of musicians and it would be amazing to see more new material mixed into their show. TAKE A RISK AND SHOW US WHAT YOU GOT! I’m giving tipping point an 8/10
